How is the indicative leg time on the site calculated?

From the great circle distance between the two points, applied against a generic planning band, with a fixed allowance for taxi, climb and descent. It is not an aircraft performance figure, it takes no account of winds, routing, altitude or air traffic flow, and it is replaced by a real block time in the written quote.

What do the rings on the plot mean?

They are geographic distance rings measured from the stated Northeast US base region. They are not aircraft range rings, and they say nothing about which aircraft can fly a given leg. Aircraft suitability, fuel stops and airport suitability are confirmed when we answer.

Which aircraft will fly my trip?

The site narrows the six cabins by passenger count and orders them by leg length so you can see the shape of the answer. The actual aircraft assignment is confirmed in the written quote, because it depends on maintenance, crew duty, positioning and the date.

Can you show safety ratings or certificate details?

Ask us. Certification, insurance certificates, the maintenance programme and the operating record are sent as documents with the quote. Nothing of that kind is published on the site as a marketing claim.

Can you take more than ten passengers?

One cabin seats up to ten. Above that the trip is split across two aircraft, which is normal for a group moving together, and the sequencing is set out in the quote.
